CFC Underwriting were the first to market with a Cyber Incident Response app that allowed customers to report incidents immediately, and to prevent them from impacting their business.




Braan Creative developed the whole UX journey and interface, to ensure that the user could report an incident securely and effectively.

The Cyber Incident Response app made it easier than ever for policy holders to inform their in-house team of live incidents and to report claims. Users could simply log in, choose the incident type and urgency, and submit their report with the tap of a button. Instant confirmation is followed by a call from the incident response team. The app also allowed users to co-ordinate and manage their response team in the case of an event.

Also featuring a news section, the app allowed policyholders to stay up-to-date with the latest cyber and tech stories from around the world.
